This repair job was a big deal for us?.we couldn?t add gas?.the pump wouldn?t work! Turns out the gas tank needed to be replaced in our old Prius. Got other estimates and chose GM. So glad we did. Used them before and will continue. Thanks Genuine Motors!

Excellent experience. Repaired a check engine light on 2006 Cadillac CTS at a very reasonable price. Owner Jeff is very involved and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Once again, I took one of my older cars into Genuine Motors to try and solve some problems with a noisy suspension system. After a long talk with the Service Manager, Leigh Connor, and after a rigorous test drive over several bumpy roads in the area we both agreed on what repairs would best solve the problems. It is really a great feeling to get "Genuine" personal attention like this instead of just dropping the car off and hoping to get problems solved. I highly recommend that you experience this kind of personal service the next time you have a need for a full service or mechanical repairs. Bob Wilson ( Novato ) _ a

Genuine Motors services two very old cars for me: a 1957 T-Bird and a 1960 VW. I had the T-Bird serviced a few days ago and was very pleased with the scheduling and service. I would not take these cars anywhere else to get maintenance and repairs done.
